About the Project

Client's Goal

The client turned to our partner - an integrator company - to implement a video monitoring system at construction sites. The developer already had 2,000 cameras installed at construction sites across the country, but the current CCTV system did not suit the company: the cost and speed of any modifications and changes were too high. The client wanted to integrate video analytics to monitor workers and contractors on construction sites and provide safety control.

Our Solution

Together with the integrator company, we completely replaced the video surveillance system and implemented a hybrid system with Flussonic Watcher backend, custom frontend portal, and third-party analytics integration. We supplied servers with Watcher WMS pre-installed to create a system with cloud access to video from any office of the company.

The implementation resulted in significant improvements in operational efficiency, cost savings, and compliance capabilities.
